    Who We Are

    Our Purpose

At Framed Farmer, our purpose is gaining freedom and justice for Barry Dino Viprino, a local Harwich man falsely accused of assaulting younger adults. We are  advocating for justice for Barry, so that all of these false allegations are dropped, and those who falsely accused him are investigated and charged appropriately by the authorities, who refused to accept his report of attempted extortion prior  to his accusers making false allegations the next day.

    Our Team

Our team is dedicated to clearing Barry’s name and restoring his good name in the farming community, both locally and in the United States as a whole. Before being falsely accused Barry was a respected farmer whose farms routinely exceeded USDA requirements and was used as a model for other farms. His wife and children worked with him on the farm, raising the animals, planting and harvesting crops, and learning to become productive members of the community.

    Our History

Since Resilient Family Farm, Barry and his wife’s farm, was founded in 2008, they have been focused on organic and ethical farming practices and relocated to Harwich in 2016.  However, troubles with the town started shortly after its founding, with neighbors whose own homes existed on former farm land due to zoning exemptions, complained to the town about the existence of his farm on land that had been zoned agricultural for over a century.
